A very nice and very large and very detailed cameo of a lady with very nice floral accents. The piece has a steerling wire that at point held a small diamond which is no longer there. The cameo measures 2 inches by 1 1/2 inches. It is a genuien carved shell cameo. It has no major damage. it is very clean. very bright and very well kept.
