a full zip closure with a hook & loop full length outer cover.
- The sleeves also has an elastic inner cuff, and a hook and loop band at the cuff.  Drawstring on jacket hem and hood.
- Hood rolls up into collar when not needed.
- Waterproof coating.
- Elastic is in good shape.
- The pants with suspenders are made out of the same materials.
